On September 11, the delegation led by Dr. Abdulmajeed Al-Banyan, President of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences (NAUSS), visited the People’s Public Security University of China (PPSUC) for exchange and discussions. ZENG Haiyan, Secretary of the University Party Committee, and LIU Donghua, Member of the University Party Committee and Vice President, met with the delegation on Tuanhe Campus.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on strengthening cooperation in areas including faculty and student exchanges, joint talent cultivation, and research on cutting-edge policing issues, reaching preliminary consensus. During the meeting, the two universities renewed the inter-university memorandum of understanding and signed a 2025 Joint Programme in Global Law Enforcement Competency.

During his visit, Dr. Al-Banyan was invited to deliver a keynote speech to PPSUC faculty and students. The delegation also observed freshmen police training, police motorcycle riding drills, and police skills and tactics training. In addition, they visited the exhibition on achievements in University building and education, the Biological Evidence Laboratory, and the Physical and Chemical Evidence Laboratory, speaking highly of PPSUC’s educational accomplishments.
