On the afternoon of October 17, a five-member delegation led by Secretary-General You Xiaowen and Deputy Secretary-General Vongxay Phantavong from the LMLECC visited the PPSUC. Zeng Haiyan, secretary of the Party Committee, deputy secretary Liu Yupeng, and Liu Donghua, the Party Committee member and vice president, met with the delegation at the Muxidi Campus. The two parties extensively exchanged views and reached preliminary consensus on strengthening cooperation in areas such as field research, student internships, police science studies, and law enforcement capacity building. Mr. You Xiaowen highly praised the university’s achievements in cultivating foreign-related legal talent, practical teaching for postgraduate students, and scientific research of the faculty. He expressed the commitment of the LMLECC to actively supporting the university in talent cultivation, faculty training, and police science studies, to achieve more practical results in bilateral cooperation.

During their visit, Mr. You Xiaowen toured the History Museum of PPSUC and spoke highly of the university’s profound historical heritage, distinctive educational characteristics, and remarkable achievements.

Representatives from the School of International Police Studies, the Office of Scientific Research, the Graduate School, and the International Communication Department participated in the above activities.
