Journal of People's Public Security University of China (Social Sciences Edition) is published under the auspices of Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China and sponsored by the People's Public Security University of China. This bimonthly journal was established in 1985 and dedicated to advancing policing scholarship and supporting law enforcement practice. The journal holds multiple distinctions: it is a Peking University Chinese Core Journal, a CSSCI Source Journal, and an AMI Extended Journal. Recognized as a "Key Source Journal for Reprints" by Renmin University of China, it has been honored as a "National Top 100 Social Science Journal" and a "National High-Quality University Social Science Journal."
